How do I send the photos?
You can upload them to your Google Drive and share the link with us. Alternatively, you can share the access to smile.dreammoments@gmail.com
How do I make payment?
You can make payment via PayNow. We require a 50% deposit upfront for us to start work. When the video is ready for review, we will collect the remaining balance and send you the video link for review.
When can I get the video?
We'll commence the video production after receiving both the photos and the deposit. You can anticipate getting the video within 2-4 weeks. We will keep you updated on the progress.
Can I customise the text?
Yes, most of the texts are customizable.
